Delivery: You can receive your purchase through COORDINADORA within the cities of Colombia and FEDEX/COORDINADORA for International destinations. The estimated delivery period is from 3 to 5 working days, which begins once your purchase order is listed as shipped from the store. Any purchases made on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays will be processed the following working day. Deliveries will take place from Mondays to Fridays between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Free shipping within Colombia applies to purchases over $250.000 COP. For lower amounts and international purchases, the shipping fee will be indicated during the paying process, before the order is completed.

Store pickup: you will be able to collect your purchase at EYÉNDIRA HERRERA at C.C Premium Plaza, store 2440, Medellín. Your order will be ready to be collected on the second working day after your online payment has been verified and approved.

This can only be done by the person whose name appears in the purchase order and their original Identification card must be presented. In case of having difficulties to come down the store, a third party may pick the order up by presenting a written authorization signed by the buyer and their original Identification card.


Exchange policy:

EYÉNDIRA HERRERA S.A.S agrees to exchanging products as long as the clothes haven`t been used, washed or modified from their original form and are returned with their respective tags and wrapping. Changes will be made for garments of equal or greater value, and to do so it is essential to present or submit the original purchase invoice. No coupons or notes will be given in exchange of the returned items.


How to exchange your purchase:

Please send us the clothing item(s) you wish to exchange in the next 20 days after your purchase along with the original purchase invoice and a letter letting us know the new item`s code, size and color to the following address: Cra 43ª Cll 30, C.C Premium Plaza, Local 2440, Medellín- Colombia. Please include your name, shipping address and a telephone number where we can reach you if necessary. One of our staff members will contact you to verify if the item we present to you is indeed what you are looking for, and once we are certain that your new order is in stock we will send it your way.  

*Delivery fees due to changes will be covered by the client.

Please bear our exchange policy in mind, otherwise you won`t be able to change your products.

You can also exchange your purchase at the store if you wish to do so.

Please keep in mind that the merchandise bought at the store cannot be exchanged at the online store

Exchange time limit:

Online store: up to 20 days after purchasing.

Store: up to 15 days after purchasing
